Adds and updates flags (Extended Register).
Details
Add and Set Flags adds a 32-bit register value (optionally extended or shifted) to a 32-bit register or stack pointer, updating the NZCV condition flags. The N flag reflects the sign of the result, Z is set if result is zero, C is set on unsigned carry, and V is set on signed overflow. This instruction is AArch64-only and executes at any privilege level.

Description
Add (extended register), setting flags, adds a register value and a sign or zero-extended register value, followed by an optional left shift amount, and writes the result to the destination register. The argument that is extended from the <Rm> register can be a byte, halfword, word, or doubleword. It updates the condition flags based on the result.
