Do nothing. This opcode is used to specify the microcode version for tools that interpret shader microcode.

The ENC_SOPK layout from AMD's machine-readable ISA specification (AMD CDNA 5). Opcode 1 in OP rebuilds 0xB0800000, an identifier AMD lists for this encoding. The same in the other 5 generations that define it.
