Reads an on-chip peripheral register (DCR).

Details

Reads a Device Control Register (DCR) and writes the value to general-purpose register RT. This instruction is privileged and device-specific; the DCR address is specified by DCRN. Access to DCR is implementation-dependent and may not be available on all processors.
