VPBROADCASTW ymm1, xmm2/m16
Broadcasts a word to all elements of YMM.
Details
Broadcasts a 16-bit word value from either an XMM register or memory to all 16-bit elements of a YMM register (16 copies total). The source operand can be a 16-bit memory location or the low word of an XMM register. No flags are modified.

Description
Broadcasts a 8-bit, 16-bit, 32-bit or 64-bit value from a general-purpose register (the second operand) to all the locations in the destination vector register (the first operand) using the writemask k1.
EVEX.vvvv is reserved and must be 1111b otherwise instructions will #UD.
